There's Time For Work and Play!

She had started ordering even before I started to bake...she loved Beryani Udang, and last year I made Nasi Tomato, accompanied with Carrot Cakes and Devil's Food Chocolate Cakes and all the works for her birthday....last week was her birthday again...yeah she is one I obey at work, she is my boss..... and yeah she loves to bake too!(I promised her that I 'll coach her once I'm done with this organisation, hehe!Don't know when though!)

Here's the bakes and cakes and the party that we had at her office in Sentral....
Devil's Food Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese and Choc Ganache...this was to celebrate at home with her family...it's the family favourite!
I made this Mini Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake ......
Fresh raspberries in my food processor...
Blueberries in Whipping Cream...to make white choc ganache...
Marbled Almond Macs with Blueberry White Choc Ganache (used Lindt) and Violet Hazelnut Macs with Choc Ganache (added Valrhona buttons...yums!)
Carrot Cakes, a must wt Pn S..
Young ladies whom I can call my children! My colleagues!
The sweetest them all....any takers? Contact me!
Me fooling around in the BOD room...bila lagi when the directors are not around!
The plates waiting for us!
Can only give a sippet of her fingers...cake from Just Heavenly!
Ar Rawsha is an all time favourite amongst us...so it was Chicken and Lamb Mendi!
These were more of appetisers than desserts...almost gone when the box was opened!
Half filled half empty glasses...depending on how you look at life....
Habis...all the mini cakes, there wer some Just Heavenly cakes left....
...and then we went back to our office...and all were sleepy....(this is Hajar and her bag..just like her mommy...if not more bag fettish!!)

Until next year....thank you Pn S..!
