A Class of Their Own!

It was a class of their own...they are the masters of their own fields...and I was there only to share my little knowledge on how to make macarons! and oh, what fun we had yesterday with Wiz, Lyein, Edi, Maizatul, Zura and Putri. Let this pics tell you the stories.....
Edi's superb creation!
Zura piping her shells...hers were without sugar in meringue, we thought that we experimented...and they became amaretti biscuits! Poor Zura! Everyone else chipped in theirs for Zura to bring home some macs later...
It was a hot and sunny day yesterday, so I didn't have to dry the shells using the unconvetional oven method!:p
They brought food, they brought fun and laughter...I can only manage to share this heat proof spatulas as a gift!
Maizatul's dusky pink Hazelnut Macarons!
Hubby who took my brood out got me some hydrangeas...cool!
While waiting for the shells to dry we ate and shared experiences about baking...awesome!
....and Putri entertained us with her piano renditions....beautiful with Zura singing...ahhh bliss!
While the rest were lunching and taking a breather I helped baked and prepare the cooked shells....
Maizatul filling her shlees...Raspberry (using fresh raspberies, of course...I like!) and dark choc ganache (I added Valrhona 64% cocoa choc chips)...brilliant!
French Custard Cream and Lemon Curd...divine!
Lyein's Choc Macarons...Lyein had been doing online tutorial wt me before she came! Bravo!
Edina's Charcoal Grey Macarons!

I can't thank you enough you beutiful peeps for sharing a lovely hot and balmy Sunday afternoon with me in this Mac class...after this we have to get you geniuses to show us your talents in the other classes ya!xox

Have a productive week you alls!

Truly enjoyed the class...even though mine was the experimental batch - we all now know that sugar is essential to mac making...Had a ball at the class - Lyein, Edi, Mai, Wiz and Sifu Yani - thanks for the great time...Thank you for the mac donations y'all.
