Yup, and along the way, I learnt another method, a true French method and how to dry the macarons the unconventional way, but hey it worked, so what! I usually prepare this almond flour and icing sugar mix beforehand and store in the freezer (saves a lot of hassle especially for moi who is always on the go)...but will explain how to do this....storing this mix in the freezer also wards off the almond flour from turning rancid!
And, we hope to get this, yeah!
